IT Development & Project Management
We build the systems that move the energy market.

Our development team includes dedicated backend and web engineering subteams.
Together, we run and improve our fully automated trading systems – enabling electricity trades to execute in milliseconds.

We manage infrastructure, ensure IT security and stability, and integrate real-time market data to power data-driven, automated trading decisions.

All of our software is built in-house and evolves in close collaboration with our traders and analysts – fast feedback, smart solutions, maximum impact.
Team Assistance
We are the organizational backbone of OPTIMAX.

Our responsibilities span office management and scheduling, as well as contract and HR-related matters – including vacation requests, parental leave, business travel, and more.
We also manage our employee benefits program.
With a sharp eye for structure, open communication, and strong process management skills, we ensure smooth operations and create efficient workflows that make everyday work easier for everyone.
Finance & Controlling
As a finance department, we have in-depth knowledge of company processes. We identify and address risks at an early stage, scrutinize data and processes, and are constantly looking for improvements.
Every day, we process a large amount of information, prepare it in a targeted manner, view issues from different perspectives, anticipate problems, and make well-founded recommendations. We play a central role as a link between internal and external stakeholders.
